WE ARE NOW TAKING HAIR MODEL BOOKING’S on Tuesday’s…for highlights/lowlights, root colour applications, blow dry’s and one length hair trims. Please call one of our reception team on 01452 305926 if you would like to enquire.

T&C’s & PRICES …Colours & highlights / lowlights are charged at half of normal salon prices. Blow dry’s and hair cuts are FOC. All colours require a skin test in advance of application. All models must have a blow dry after a colour service otherwise the service can not be booked. All services are done by our Trainee Hairdressers under the strict supervision of our Training Manger. Every effort will be made to make sure your hair service will be of a high standard but you will not get exactly the same standard of skill level as one of our qualified team members. Services are subject to our training requirements and booking availability. Cream cancellation policy is in place and a deposit may be required to book your service.

We are currently in the process of trying to contact all previously cancelled appointments that clients had during our closure all the way back in March and as we navigate our way through literally HUNDREDS of call backs can we please ask for your patience as this is proving to be a mammoth task for our reception team...

We are trying our very best to deal with this for everybody as quick as we can and we’re sorry if you’ve yet to be called or had your social media message or email replied too...

Our reception will open for all enquires on :
Tuesday 30th June 9am - 2.30pm
Wednesday 1st July 9am - 2.30pm
Friday 3rd July 9am - 2.30pm

and then back open on the 4th July at 8.30am for normal salon hours and full reception services, (plus our online booking will re-start on the 4th July for cut appointments only)

Also if you have a pre-booked appointment in the coming months please rest assured they are still in place and there is no need to check on these (you will recieve your standard txt confirmation 48 hours before)

We’re COMING BACK we’re GETTING READY•••

As long as everything goes to plan with government guidelines we are very much hoping to have both our salons back open on Saturday 4th July...

We are busy preparing everything needed for staff and client safety and we will be contacting clients very shortly. We will be working in order of clients who had pre-existing or cancelled appointments during our lockdown closure, then normal booking will resume ☎️
(We will be explaining all our new covid procedures & the “new salon normal” when we speak to you all but do keep an eye on our social media for upcoming info on this too...)

As you can imagine we have been inundated with emails and messages so we will be in touch very soon and as we work our way through the mountain of call lists, and with a little bit of patience we promise not to miss anybody out 🧡
