The lovely Becki has been helping me with a New fresh look at lifestyle and nutrition. Especially with moving into menopause. In 1 month already Im sleeping better and had less afternoon jitters and more energy. If anyone is looking to kickstart a new healthier approach I would highly recommend Becki.
