~~~ A Personal Update ~~~

The past year and a half have been some of the most difficult of my life. I have faced severe health challenges that have impacted not only my daily life but also my ability to keep my business running as smoothly as I would like. Through it all, I have done my best to continue providing the service my clients deserve, even when it has been incredibly difficult.

I know that, at times, this has meant rescheduled or cancelled appointments, and for anyone who has been disappointed, I want to offer my sincere apologies. That was never my intention. I have been trying to keep my head above water, and while I may not have always managed things perfectly, I have always done my best.

To those who have shown kindness, patience, and understanding during this time - you have no idea how much that has meant to me. Your support has made all the difference, and I cannot thank you enough for standing by me while I navigate these challenges.

I want to reassure everyone that I am still open, continuing to operate two days a week. I may need to adjust my hours to better manage my health, but I will keep you all informed of any changes.

Thank you to those who have offered me grace when I needed it most. Your kindness has not gone unnoticed, and I appreciate you more than I can say.

OokySpooky is open again! Friday 26th August is the first day back in the studio after a long 2 months break for Vesper's recovery. He's doing well, and we're excited to get back into it.

Thank you again to you ALL for all your incredible kindness, patience and outpouring of well wishes over this time, it has been so heart warming. We appreciate you all very much.

TEMPORARY STUDIO CLOSURE NOTICE! ‼️ Extended medical leave for recovery!

OokySpooky will be closed from NOW until the 19th of August as Vesper is having a shoulder replacement!

Please have patience during this time as studio enquires may take a little longer than usual! Studio enquires can be made via e-mail ( [email protected]) or Facebook messenger. Unfortunately not Instagram or phone!

Bookings can still be made via the booking system for dates beyond the 19th of August (@ https://ookyspooky.as.me/ ) - and jewellery purchases are still able to be made. If jewellery purchases do not require install - or are not threadless - it will still be possible to pick up jewellery purchases during this time as Alec (Vesper's assistant) can meet you in the studio to give them to you OR have them sent directly to your home address!

Pre-purchase for jewellery when Vesper returns to the studio after the 19th of August are also available - and with the wait for some of the jewellery brands it can be a great way to utilise the wait time! 🥳

He will be out due to this and his subsequent recovery time for approx 6 weeks - we are playing his recovery by ear as I am sure you can understand - so please note that if you book in for the 19th or 20th there is a small chance we may have to push back your appointment to the following week - which we will contact you about - if he needs an extra week of recovery!! 🥰
