A message from Jill….

Today is one of those posts I never thought I’d have to write. After nearly 20 years, I’ve officially said goodbye to Headmasters — a place that has been such a huge part of my life.

Headmasters has been so much more than just a workplace. It’s where I grew up, learned my trade, built my confidence, shared endless laughs, shed a few tears, and made memories I will treasure forever. From starting out as a teenager to becoming the person I am today, this salon has shaped me in more ways than I can ever put into words.

To every single client who has sat in my chair over the years — thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for the loyalty, the chats, the trust, and the friendships that grew along the way. Some of you have been with me for most of this journey and I am so incredibly grateful for that.

To my amazing work family, past and present — thank you for the support, the laughter, the madness, and the love. I’ve been so lucky to work alongside such special people.

And a very special thank you to Emma for giving me the opportunity all those years ago and for putting up with me through every chapter — from being a stroppy teenager to becoming a mum and everything in between. Thank you for believing in me from the very beginning — I will always be grateful for the chance you gave me and the support along the way.

This goodbye comes with very mixed emotions — sadness to be closing this chapter, but excitement for what’s ahead. I will always carry Headmasters and these years with me.

Hi everyone, a bittersweet post today 😞❤️

We wanted to let you all know that Jill will be leaving Headmasters on the 19th of December. After an incredible 19 years, it’s hard to imagine the salon without her.

Jill, we’ve been through so much together. I’ve watched you grow in every way — from a teenager into a beautiful Mummy — and you are going to be so, so missed. 💖

She’s taking on an amazing new chapter working in the NHS, and they are truly lucky to have her.
