We have always had a policy in place, but haven’t always enforced it. I’m afraid that it’s now becoming a problem with very late cancellations and no shows. It’s not only become costly to the business, it’s unfair on clients who can’t get an appointment due to our busyness and are sat on the waiting list. Due to such late cancellations and no shows we haven’t enough time to contact those who are waiting and get them in.

🌟Our deluxe pedi, so again all the above as well as a foot mask, as well as removal of hard dry skin. At £35.00 🌟
