We’ve had the most incredible night in London 🤍

On Monday, myself and the team attended the Salon Business Awards 2026 as finalists in two categories — Salon Team and Education Specialist.

I’m so proud to share that we were awarded:

After winning platinum for Salon Team last year, we went into this year just hoping to show that we are consistent in what we do… that our team continues to grow, support each other and evolve together.

To not only be finalists again, but to place, is something I’m incredibly proud of.

The Education award means so much to me personally. The level of talent in that category was outstanding, and I truly was just happy to be recognised as a finalist. To then receive silver for something I am so passionate about — training, developing and inspiring the next generation — is very special.

We’ve got our winners pack arriving tomorrow with more photos and details, so there’s definitely more to come!

One of my favourite parts of the week is Tuesday afternoon training.

Every week I spend dedicated one-to-one time with our apprentices Bethany and Lexi, working through the foundations that make a great hairdresser.

We focus on the whole process:
• Consultation
• Client references
• Planning, mapping and executing the haircut

These sessions give them the space to learn, ask questions and really understand the craft of hairdressing.

Watching their confidence grow week by week is incredibly rewarding. I’m so proud to be helping shape the next generation of stylists. ✂️
