Due to the increasing number of last-minute cancellations and reschedules, we’re implementing a stricter policy to protect our time and income.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will require full payment before any future bookings can be made.

• Reschedules within 24 hours will result in the loss of your deposit and a £15 surcharge added to your next appointment.

Please understand that late changes leave us with little time to fill your slot, which directly impacts our income. Like everyone else, we have bills to pay, and this is how we make our living. We appreciate your support and understanding 💛
