The relaxing full body treatment
This treatment begins with skin smoothing exfoliation with sea salts. Smoothing the skin to perfection before we apply aromatic oils to soften and nourish.
A full body heating wrap is then applied cacooning you in relaxing comforting warmth. Finally an application of moisturisers leaves you feeling fresh, restored and revitalised.

Hot Stones

Hot Stones Therapy is a technique that uses smooth, volcanic basalt stones, rich in iron which provides heat retaining properties. They are heated in a water-bath and used to provide a specialist massage which alleviates stress and muscle pain.

The massage begins with traditional Swedish technique to prepare and soften the muscles, the warm stones will then be placed on key points of the body to warm and relax the muscles before being used to provide a massage with a deeper pressure in to the muscles to relieve tension and stress.
