Hiring for 2 Deputy Managers (Children's Home)
Locations: Ipswich (LD) and Basildon, Essex (EBD).
Candidates must have experience and relevant qualifications.
Driving is essential.

We are currently recruiting Residential Support Workers (RSW) for one of our children's homes located in Ipswich.
As an RSW, you will support children and young people aged 7 to 18 in a safe and nurturing environment.
A Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare is desirable; however, relevant experience in a residential setting will also be considered.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in promoting the emotional well-being, independence, and personal development of the children and young people in your care. Your expertise will help them navigate challenges while fostering positive relationships and life skills.
