I would like to change a bit a format of this beauty page. I would like to add and talk about one of the important stage women’s going through. As a 41 year old woman, I am going through the stage called-perimenopause. I must admit it’s started to hit me hard at the point, that I don’t like the way I feel. So I would like to share my symptoms with you and the way I will be or I am dealing with it. So if you are struggling with same symptoms, may be it’s will be helpful for you my own experience. We need to talk about this to help others go through same stage! Please feel free to share your personal experience.
