This is a polite reminder as we should no longer be taking appointment bookings or enquiries through our personal Facebook accounts, via messenger or through our personal phone numbers via any form of communication.

Going forward please can we ask that everybody uses the salon contact number 01254 889240.
We understand that we can’t always answer the phone but please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

You can also message the En-rapture page and these messages will be picked up by Ashleigh as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours.

Alternatively you can reply to the salon system which sends you your appointment confirmation and reminders, these will also be monitored and replied to as soon as possible.

Unfortunately any enquiries made to personal accounts won’t be picked up or responded to.
