Just a quick one, I will be going through all messages responses and appointments tomorrow after I finish work in the salon, not had a minute until bed time every day for days on end and it caught up, so ive had a couple of days off social media and checked off some over due to dos i had lingering. Please bare in mind im at work long hours during the day and do not have time to respond until after hours most nights but I do get around to messages when i can during the week. If everyone could also remember to message on here regarding appointments rather than my personal Facebook/whatsapp/text message/email that would be great, its just easier to keep on top of them when its over one app rather than 5 lol this is when I miss messages and get muddled up. My lovely client previously had 3 lots of permanent red with a vibrant semi over top, and then decided she wanted it gone.... she done a round of colour remove at home prior to her appointment but that red did not want to budge. Some praying to the hair gods and we finally got her to somewhat blonde, leaving us a nice canvas to lighten up further at her next appointment 🙏
