Today I had a new client come in for a lash correction appointment.

These lashes were not my work.

As a Lash Artist with 8 years of experience, seeing work like this genuinely breaks my heart. 💔

Lash extensions should enhance the natural lashes, not damage them. In this case, there were large amounts of stickies, poor isolation, heavy clusters attached incorrectly, and extensions growing in different directions. This can cause discomfort, premature shedding and, over time, damage to the natural lashes.

What surprises me most is that this was completed by someone calling themselves a Lash Master. Quality lash work is not about creating the biggest or darkest set possible — it’s about proper isolation, correct weight, healthy application and the long-term condition of your natural lashes.
