I can’t quite believe it’s been a full year since I took the leap to go full-time with SeRene Therapy. While the business is in its 6th year, June marks the first anniversary of moving into my dedicated studio space after our big house move.

I wanted to say a massive THANK YOU to all my wonderful clients, old and new, because of your support, I get to do what I totally love every single day.

Whether it’s helping you recover from an injury, maintaining your fitness, or simply providing a space for much-needed relaxation, it is an honour to be part of your wellness journey.

How to book your massage appointment with SeRene Therapy

I arrange all appointments personally and directly with my clients by any of the following

Please indicate in your message which treatment you are interested in booking, and the treatment duration.

Once we have agreed an appointment date, time and duration, I will ask for a £20 non - refundable deposit to be made, to reserve your agreed appointment. The remaining balance is payable at your appointment by cash or bank transfer.

Once I have then received the deposit and you’ve returned your medical form, I will then confirm your appointment and send you my full address by email, with extra details of where to park your car, and a picture of the studio door so you know exactly where you’re heading.

A deposit is only required from new clients on their first visit, this protects myself as a small business owner. Once we have met and when you would like to book again- it’s a pay as you go system, when we have arranged your appointment.

Please note that pregnancy massage is available from the second trimester (13 weeks) onwards, to protect both mother and baby during the early stages of pregnancy. Treatment options available are 60 minutes or 90 minutes sessions
