Hi 👋 I’m Ella and I am the Creator and Founder of EJBodyfit.

From a small child the human body always fascinated me. The different body systems, how the heart pumps blood around the body, how muscles voluntarily and involuntarily contract. Everything is interlinked and connected, there is always a ripple effect. With this passion, EJBodyFit was born!

Having achieved a degree level qualification in chronic and acute pain management alongside numerous other qualifications, I have gained extensive knowledge of the anatomy and physiology of the human body allowing me to effectively treat musculoskeletal and systemic conditions.

As a complementary therapist and personal trainer, I will offer you my commitment, knowledge and enthusiasm to deliver the best result you can hope for.
