Hello Everyone and welcome to the month of May!

I just wanted to send out an email with some updates, important information and changes to the salon.

* The salon has had a little refresh and I’m so excited for you all to see it, my new hair care range ‘Moo & Yoo’ is now available in salon to purchase.
* As I mentioned in my January email, my prices have increased a month ago, if you would like a price list please contact me or you can find this on my social media. Please note that the prices are approximate and will vary depending on the amount of colour or product used, or extended duration of service.
* The round about as you come off the A3 (Dennis roundabout) and ladymead is going to be undergoing some road works and disruptions, so please bare that in mind when coming to your appointment, please leave plenty of time to get to the salon. Better to be early then late, if your early your welcome to come and sit in the salon and wait until your scheduled time, lateness can affect myself, other clients and also if the appointment can be fulfilled.
* Deposits and cancellations new policy is now in effect. Clients will now have to pay a 50% deposit to book an appointment, the remaining 50% will be deducted from the final bill. The deposit is non refundable but you can reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before. Any cancellations after this will result in the deposit being kept and another deposit paid to rebook.
* When arriving to your appointment, specifically for a colour appointment, please make sure your hair is washed a day or 2 before, please do not come to the appointment with greasy hair, products like oils in your hair or root touch up spray. The colour I use is an ammonia free brand, therefore it’s not as aggressive as other colours, but this does mean it won’t develop properly if the hair is not clean. Please also make sure to dress appropriate, for example do not wear white or an expensive top or roller neck. As much as I try and be careful, sometimes accidents happen and I don’t want your clothing to be stained.
