I just wanted to note a few points with you all... This has been a long time coming but I cant let it continue.

🩷 Nail fixes..
Any set done within 48hrs - the issue will be fixed for free. After this ALL fixes are now charged as per design.

🩷 Appointment times..
Please arrive to your appointment on time, im having people arrive late atm, this impacts your appointment and everyone else's too. If your later than 10 minutes your appointment will be cut short and no design will be possible. Being later than 10 minutes will be a full cancellation of your appointment and I will expect payment for the appointment regardless.

🩷 Payment..
This ones getting me atm.... its not my job to chase you for payment after the service! Im spending my free time chasing people for the money owed to me, and its just not fair!! You wouldnt expect to do your big shop and pay later.. so the same goes here!

🩷 School holidays..
The summer holidays are going to be extremely busy for me as im compressing all clients into 2 long working days, so please adhere to the above and have your designs ready before your appointment.
