Everyone wants something different from a hairdresser. Having been to other stylists and not enjoyed the salon experience.
I was happy to help by going to my clients house and making her feel relaxed throughout the whole appointment in the comfort of her own environment.

Consultation is key...
Honesty is the best policy.
When meeting a new client face to face, I like to have a good chat before starting anything. Having a good look and feel of the clients hair.
Asking questions before hand is a must but on some occasions what a client wants and what their hair can take is a different story.
At this appointment I couldn't do what was wanted and I was completely honest to this lady explaining that the result desired would cause more damage to her fragile hair.
Instead of highlighting and toning and doing a root touch up in the end we opted for a full colour to even the tones out and a trim.
Our aim is to get it back into good health before doing anything to dramatic.
This means using better products.
No heat.
Deep conditioning.
Oils.
