LED stands for Light Emitting Diode and refers to the lights that you see in the led mask. These lights aren’t your regular light bulbs, a diode is a current that directs the light source In one direction meaning that when current flows through them, light gets emitted directly to the skin.

The main science behind LED masks is the LED light technology. An abbreviation for light-emitting diode, LED light treatment that uses light of varying wavelengths to target specific skin cells, which can help to heal and improve the skin.

RED works by increasing the circulation of blood which in turn stimulates collagen, improving the overall appearance of the skin. This reduces the appearance of fine lines and pore size giving you smoother, rejuvenated skin.

BLUE is perfect for acne-prone skin due to its strong antibacterial properties. This not only depletes bacteria collected in the pores and deeper layers of the skin, but also improves the texture and appearance of congested skin. It works by decreasing activity in the sebaceous glands, which includes controlling the production of sebum – the main cause of acne, while fighting acne causing bacteria.

YELLOW stimulates the lymphatic system, which aids in the removal of toxins from the treated area. It also works towards reducing inflammation, healing the skin and aiding in healthy, hydrated skin.

Suitable to be used with all facials except Micro-needling.

I have so much experience and have had lots of practice working as a Beauty Therapist, Make Up Artist, Ear Piercer, Masseuse, Spray Tanner, Lash Tech, Skin Practitioner and Hair Removal Laser Therapist.

Working alone, working in teams, working in duos, working mobile, working home based, salon based, clinic based, spa based you name it!

I now solely and have for the past 7+years specialise in Brows, Lashes and Skin Treatments, these mainly being Invasive Facials and Skin Rejuvenation.
