Due to an increase in last-minute cancellations, I’ll be posting my cancellation policy regularly. 💕

Please remember that deposits are only refundable or transferable if you cancel or rearrange your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. 🗓️

Unfortunately, any cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit, as it is very difficult to fill those appointment slots at short notice. 💷

I completely understand that emergencies happen ❤️, but wherever possible, please give plenty of notice. Running a small business isn’t easy, and your appointment could have been offered to another client. 🙏✨
