✨ Quick Business Update ✨

As of this week, all appointments will now need to be booked through the Solo booking app only. This will allow clients to manage and reschedule their own appointments easily, while also helping me reduce the amount of admin and constant rescheduling throughout the day.

Going forward, I will no longer be manually booking or rearranging appointments myself, so please make sure you are using the app for all bookings, changes, and cancellations.

Also, from the end of this week I will officially be homeschooling my daughter, therefore I have reduced my working days to 3 days per week. However, I will be working later evenings to ensure I can still fit everybody in where possible 🤍

There has also been a slight price increase due to rising product costs, business expenses, and the general cost of living. In order for my business to remain sustainable and continue providing high-quality treatments and products, these changes were necessary.

I just wanted to make you all aware that there will be a slight increase in my prices moving forward.

This decision hasn’t been made lightly. With the ongoing rise in product costs, insurance, and premises, I’ve had to take everything into consideration to continue providing the highest standard of treatments and service.

As many of you know, I have kept my prices as reasonable as possible over the years, but with 10+ years of experience and being a qualified training provider, I feel it is the right time to adjust my pricing to reflect the level of service and expertise I offer.

I truly appreciate all of your continued support, loyalty, and trust in me 🤍

This allows me to continue growing, improving, and staying in the industry doing what I love.
