***IMPORTANT NOTICE***
Due to too many no shows or last minute cancellations, I will now be implementing a 50% booking fee for new clients or for those current clients who have let me down in the past.
The 50% booking fee will be taken off of the total cost of your appointment and can be refunded should 48 hours cancellation notice be given.
I totally appreciate that life is one of those totally unpredictable things and emergencies happen. I'm not the "big bad wolf" so please come to me with any issues you may have with your booking and I'll work with you to resolve the situation as best as I can.
I can't afford to lose money from missed appointments but I also can't be buying stock to provide these services for it to be then unused so I hope you understand and appreciate the need to implement this policy.
If you think this new policy may affect you, please message me and I'll discuss this with you.
