Well what an amazing experience. I feel like I have spent the afternoon in a top London spa. From the moment I walked in until the moment I left I was treated with such kindness and fabulous service. Sophie offered such excellent advice and has performed miracles on my dry, dull hair. The treatments she used have really brought out the true colours of my hair better than any colour treatment I have ever had. The cut suits me perfectly . I am looking forward to my next visit and will be recommending your services to everyone!

This month the team travelled to Vigo, Spain to I.C.O.N’s Master Academy to spend time immersed in science and new techniques.
From deepening our understanding of ingredients and scalp diagnostics, to refining colour placement and application techniques, every part of the experience was designed to help us approach hair with even more knowledge.💪
What we love most about these trips is that they’re never just about learning something new.
They’re about continuing to evolve, challenge ourselves, and bring that knowledge back into the salon in a way that helps us give you a better experience.🙌
Since returning, we’ve already been putting those techniques and diagnostics into practice — continuing to build on them during our latest in-salon academy day ✨
We’re always incredibly grateful to our I.C.O.N family for their hospitality, generosity, and the level of education they continue to share with us.
