Alex has over 10 years of experience in massage therapy.

Alex has worked in Chiropractic and Physiotherapy clinics as well as running two successful massage companies, this is now her third business in Old Harlow.

Alex studied Massage Therapy at college, qualifying in an NVQ Level 3 National Diploma in Sports Massage, Swedish Massage, Indian Head Massage, Aromatherapy, also a VTCT in Hot Stones Massage Therapy and later, qualified in Pregnancy Massage in 2020.

Massage is Alex’s passion, as she knows how much she has helped many people physically and emotionally through this wonderful, natural therapy.
