Why my treatments are holistic and what to expect.

A holistic massage works for you on a physical, mental, emotional and energetic level; it takes the person as a whole individual and leaves them with feelings of calmness and serenity as well as easing every day aches and pains.

You will be comfortably positioned on the massage table, snuggly wrapped in towels, dim lights, soothing music, aromatic oils. Three deep breaths together with light pressure on your solar plexus, feeling it softening and opening, allowing in golden light, connecting flowing energy.

Warmed aromatherapy oils will sooth your skin. Slow, flowing strokes, carefully and firmly smoothing away muscle tightness, pushing love and tranquility into your being, pulling away your stress and tension. You may experience feelings of lightness, as though you are disconnected from your physical being, floating in blissful relaxation.

As the towels are hugged back over your body, the departing touches gently bring you back, feeling rebalanced and restored.

A single ding rings from the bell. Rest another minute before slowly rising in private while I fetch you a refreshing drink.

There are many physical benefits to having massages regularly which I will cover in other posts, but for me the gift of love is the greatest I can give.
