Selfcare is one of those things that can easily be pushed to the side.. and before you know it, a month.. a year has passed. Make it CURRENT because no one is responsible for putting YOU first, more than you❤️ So take that that break, say no to that event, book that massage.. or treat yourself to some brows😉 but definitely, take a moment to breath 🙏🏽
