On my mission to eat healthier in 2024, this is what I found today (part 1).

Thai Sweet Chilli Crispy Lentil Puffs are plant based, baked, not fried and taste great.

I'm a crips addict and use to eat 3 or 4 packets a day, my worst food habit and my biggest weakness 😅

These will be perfect whilst I work with the training programme.

Organic Tofu Silken and Smooth will be a great way to get high protein and low fat into my diet.

I've seen a really good recipe for Indian Tofu scramble that I'm going to try with this.

Tofu has never been my favourite ingredient, but lets see if this recipe changes my mind.

Harvest Morn Protein Granola apricot and cranberry is something I have tried before. It's really tasty for morning breakfast and contains lots of nuts, seeds and fruits.

Kickin Sweet Chilli are a great snack to combat the mid afternoon hunger 😋 I love the flavour of these.

The Asia Specialities Sweet Chilli Rice Crackers are tasy too.

Snackrite Chilli Rice Crackers are not the most healthiest but I have only 2 or 3 then stop 😆. They are so delicious 😋.

Snackrite Protein Mix has to be one of my favourites, perfect for snacking and high in protein. It contains roasted salted edamame beans, chilli and lime chickpeas and peanuts, salt and pepper cashews.

Healthy eating doesn't have to be bland and boring, there are some really tasty options available now.
