My lovely client came in today feeling really unhappy after a previous haircut hadn’t gone to plan. After a full consultation, we decided the best option was to reshape and completely restyle her hair — creating something that actually works for her face shape, lifestyle, and confidence 💇‍♀️

The transformation was amazing, but the best part? Seeing her smile again when she looked in the mirror 🥹

Big transformation for the lovely Tania today, whilst she looks like her hair is thick in her before pictures, it is infact very very fine and knots easy! So we decided to give it a good old chop and freshen up her colour with a warm chocolate brown adding in Goldwell pink pure pigments for a more bespoke brown to give her a complete new look! 😍🤎

Important booking update for 2026:
From January, the new cancellation policy I previously mentioned will be coming into place. All appointments will now need to be confirmed by a card payment. You’ll receive a Fresha text message requesting your card details to securely confirm your booking — this helps protect appointment time and ensure fairness for everyone.

I just wanted to share a little update about my booking policy. This year I’ve had quite a few last-minute cancellations, which has sadly meant a loss of income and made it really tricky to manage my diary.

As many of you know, I invest a lot of time and money into ongoing training so I can give you the best service possible.

To help protect my time — and the work I put into what I do — I’m now introducing card details to secure all appointments.

✨ Nothing is taken at the time of booking
✨ The card will only ever be used if an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice
✨ Your card details are completely secure — I never see them, never have access to them, and everything is handled safely behind the scenes by the payment system

This isn’t about being strict; it’s just to make sure my time is valued and that I can keep offering the level of service, care and results you’re used to. I genuinely appreciate your understanding and your Continued support — it means the world to me and my little business.
