👋 Hello, I’m Grace - the face behind GMD Sports Massage Therapy!

📑 I’m a fully qualified sports massage therapist, here to support you through any aches, pains, or niggles - whether you’re an athlete or navigating everyday life.

📚 I am a physiotherapy student going into my final year in September!
Before going to university, I gained valuable experience in the NHS, working as a physiotherapy technical instructor in a paediatric department.

🚴🏼‍♀️ Outside of studying and working, I am out training or racing.

🐎 My background spans from competitive eventing to bike racing nationally and in Europe, giving me a deep understanding of the physical demands of elite sport.
