I trained in anatomy, massage and physiology at the London School of Massage, where I later taught. I am a full member of the Association of Physical and Natural Therapists and The British Complementary Medicine Association.

Last bank holiday weekend these guys walked 100km over 24 hours from London to Brighton raising money for their chosen charities. I met up with them at their evening meal stop to ease out & stretch some aching muscles! Well done Alex & Dave!
