I’m taking part in this challenge to gain confidence with speaking on camera, to gain confidence when holding conversation and generally to get my brain more stimulated this as I feel that since becoming a parent, my brain has gone to mush… I constantly forget what I’m talking about and use filler words like “um” so often.
