As my busy time has approached, plenty of time for cancellation is needed. I have a list of people wanting appointments that I’m struggling to get in. I have bills to pay and a family to keep.
I do not appreciate turning up to someone’s house for them to ignore me when I’m knocking! This costs me time and money which is something we all need. No appointment will be made for those people without a 50% none refundable deposit. Sorry to rant here but I need people to see and understand that to you it may be nothing but this is my lively hood. You wouldn’t turn up to work and not kick off if they decided not to pay you!! Thank you again for everyone’s custom throughout the year. See you all soon 🙂

Hey everyone, it’s been a while, for those who don’t have a clue. Hair MAX is my business name. (It’s Kerrie Robinson) for those who are still wondering. Please bare with me I’m trying to get my business page back up and running feel free to share this and hopefully we get some likes 👍

Message to Hair MAX customers.

As from the 28th January any appointment made will be mobile. This as not been an easy decision, it’s been going around in my head for a few months now but the time has come for me to step away from salon life and go mobile.
I took over the salon 8years since and was in a rough place it has helped me so much over the years but through the years it’s been tough, I started my journey on my own and decided to take it to a new level and carry on, on my own. I have put so many people first and it’s about me and my family now!
No1 will be more gutted than me to see the salon go, but it’s all for good reasons.
I hope the customers I have will carry on with me regardless but I do understand that some prefer salon to mobile, just be honest with me so ino where I stand please. All appointments made in January are still in the salon but any after that will be mobile.
I will be getting a mobile number so anyone wanting it let me no and once sorted will make sure I give you it.
