Little before and after of a new client today. Heather had virgin hair but wanted to be brighter without loads of maintenance. Blonde balayage coming up 👩‍🔧

Hi there is a issue with the phone but it appears to be more with 02 customers rather than our actual phone line, all other networks seem to be able to call salon but o2 it says number not recognised, however if you try 2 or 3 times it somehow connects on them attempts.

I know if feels early, but it’s only just under 11 weeks until Christmas! We have opened our Christmas diary and have started filling up on a couple of days already so please call us ASAP to book your December appointment 🎄

Please be 100% sure you can attend the appointment you make, as there will be no flexibility to move appointments when we are full!

As many customers are aware rising costs of card machines are a issue for many small businesses at the moment, on top of that we have had many issues over last couple of weeks with our card machines provider, money not hitting our account when it should, billing us for things that aren’t ours , spending hours and hours on the phone with them to try and sort it out that is time taking me away from clients. Something that is meant to make things more convenient has actually become a inconvenience. We will be removing the card machine for now and may look to get one in the future but for now we ask that clients could pay cash or speak to us prior to your appointment to discuss bank transfer. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused but they have left us no choice but to remove it. The salon is closed today but we will be open tomorrow ( Tuesday) please give us a call then if you are unsure on your price of service.
