Dear Parents/Carers

Due to a burst water pipe, the school currently has no water supply. An emergency plumber is on the way, but as the water has been turned off, we are unable to provide access to toilets or handwashing facilities.

If your child is in Reception, Year 1, or Year 2, please collect them as soon as possible.

Children in Year 3 and Year 4 are out this afternoon and will return for the usual home-time pick-up, so collection for these pupils will remain as normal. There will be staff in school until the last child has gone home, so please do not worry.

We will keep you updated via Arbor, so please avoid calling the school unless absolutely necessary.

How does PMU removal actually work?

When pigment is implanted into the skin during PMU appointment it sits in the dermis - below the surface layer known as the epidermis, Other removal techniques that only target the surface can’t reach the root of the problem,

Laser removal works differently. It uses targeted light energy to pe*****te through the epidermis and safely breakdown the pigment particles from within the dermis.

🩵This is the exciting bit - over tye next month the body then does the rest of the hard work , flushing out the broken down pigment through your natural lymphatic system. This happens over time so in around four weeks the PMU lightens significantly.

This method is proven to work and is safe and effective. There is minimal downtime and there is no scarring left when performed by a train technician.
