I’m sorry in advance to be posting a negative post
I’m afraid going forward I’m going to have to introduce a cancellation policy as follows:-
Less than 24 hrs cancellation or no show will be 100%
24-48 hrs will be 50%
I am self employed and it’s just not fair when people cancel at the last minute or forget their appointments as these gaps cannot be filled at short notice.
