At Appletons, we now operate under a 24-hour cancellation policy to ensure smooth scheduling for all our clients and stylists.

🔘 To secure your appointment, new clients are required to provide a 20% deposit at booking.

🔘 If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice or fail to attend (no-show), a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booked services will be payable before another appointment can be booked.

🔘 If you attend your appointment up to 15 minutes late, part of your service will need to be reduced (usually resulting in no blowdry)

🔘 When you book an appointment with us, we reserve that time exclusively for you. Our appointments can range from half an hour to half a day depending on the services booked, making each booking highly valuable
Late cancellations or no-shows result in gaps that cannot be filled on short notice, causing a loss for our business and our stylists, who still need to be compensated for their time.

We do understand that life happens and sometimes things are out of our control, in these situations, the cancelation fee will be waived at the stylist discretion 🫶🏻
