We’ve recently updated our booking system, which has brought a few changes to how we manage appointment reminders.

As many of you know, we’ve always sent complimentary text message reminders as a courtesy. Unfortunately, we’re no longer able to offer this service at the moment.

You will still receive your booking confirmations and appointment reminders via email as usual, so please keep an eye on your inbox.
