I Am Posting A Copy Of Our Edited Reminder Text, By Putting This Up I Don't Mean To Cause Any Upset Or Make Anyone Feel Aqward, Just Need Everyone To Realise That We Still Have To Pay Our Bills For The Business When You Book And Don't Turn Up, So We Have Updated Our Booking/Cancelation Policy.

Due To A Few Clients Not Attending Appointments Or Coming In Late We Now Have No Choice But To Charge For Missed/Unattended Appointments, Our Reason For This Is We Turn Walk In Clients Away When An Appointment Is Booked, Which For Us Means We Don't Get Paid.

Our Appointment Policy
If You Book An Appointment, We need You To Turn Up At The Time Slot Allocated Not Late As This Impacts Everone Else Booked In That Day, We Do Our Best To Run To Time And If Your Late We May Not Be Able To Fit You In, But Will Have To Charge.
We Require 24 Hours Notice If You Need To Cancel.
We Send Out Our Reminders The Day Before Your Appointment And Request If You Need To Cancel That You Do So From The Reminder Text At Latest.

We are back from this Monday (4th Jan).

Despite us now going into tier 3, we are still allowed to remain open following covid guidelines of course.
However as much as we remain hopeful, we will be forced to closed again if we are move into tier 4 or as many suspect a national lockdown is enforced in the coming weeks.

Can We Please Ask That Anyone With An Appointment Please Attends Or If They Need To Cancel To Do This As Soon As Possible!!
