As From January I’ll be making some changes

I’ve worked 3 nights until 9pm for the last 7 and 1/2 years and I’ve noticed that the people using these appointments don’t work or have a day or two off in the week,

I am not dropping the amount of hours I work but I will only be working 2 late nights to 9pm and these will be for people who need them !

If you are someone who could move to daytime please let me know x

As that manic time begins !! Please can I ask that people remember to check appointments!

Cancellations with out 24hours notice there’s 50% charge unless they can be filled !

No shows are again 100% charge unless they can be filled!

This is to keep my business going!

I will always do my best to fill if given the time to do so, to reduce charges

This policy has been in place for a long time

Please can I ask if you can come during the day can you please not take up an evening appointment!
This is only due to the amount of full time working clients I struggle to accommodate them,
