We require 48 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment. Less than 48 hours you will be required to pay 50% of your booked appointment.

Any appointments cancelled within 24 hours you will be required to pay for your appointment in full. This includes missed appointments.

We understand that it’s a super busy time of year, so if you’re unsure when your appointment is please check asap.
