Massage has so many health benefits & is such a great way to switch off from a busy lifestyle.
I have nearly 20 years experience in face & body massage and I’m lucky enough to of trained with some incredible companies over the years & picked up lots of techniques along the way.
Massage certainly isn’t a ‘one size fits all’ treatment & can be tailored to you. If you’re experiencing headaches then we can add a scalp massage in - if you have young children then extra time on the back would really help any aches & pains from carrying them around.
I offer appointments Mobile in Caterham and the surrounding area & from my home beauty room in Reigate. I think we probably all deserve an escape from our busy lives & what better way to spend it than having an hours massage 💆🏻‍♀️

A difficult one for me to have to write but I’m lucky to have this platform to share things like this. One of my best friends has recently been diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease. Claire is a mum of 2, has been a nurse for a number of years and is an all round amazing human. Myself and 2 friends will be walking 21km on January 26th in London to raise money for the Motor Neurone disease association. The days are getting slightly longer, we get to eat our body weight in pancakes this month (it’s what Jesus would want) & it’s Valentine’s Day soon.
It’s half term from the 13th to the 17th so I’ll be working reduced hours, please do book in soon if you want an appointment that week.

My January focus is waxing - believe it or not it’s probably my favourite treatment to do ⭐️

Traditional ‘warm’ or ‘strip’ waxing involves wax being placed on the treatment area using a spatula then removed with a paper/fabric strip. This method is best for larger areas such as legs or arms. It’s great for people who don’t have skin sensitivity & providing the hair is at least 1/4 inch long (about the length of a grain of rice) you can expect smoothness for up to 3 weeks before any regrowth. With continuous waxing the hair will actually grow back finer and slower - this can take a few months so now is the perfect time to get started before the summer.

Now onto Hot waxing… Don’t be scared of the word hot - it’s just heated slightly higher than warm wax but is actually best suited to sensitive skin. Rather than using a strip to remove, it’s applied slightly thicker & in a figure of 8 movement to lock the hairs into the wax. Its then left to set and is removed. Perfect for sensitive skin, hot wax attaches itself to the hair rather than the skin so is much more gentle. Suitable for even the thickest hair types, it makes intimate female waxing as pain-free as possible.

I have been waxing for over 15 years & I specialise in female waxing - from a simple bikini tidy to a Hollywood wax. Nothing shocks me and believe me I have seen it all before ! I’m a tweezaholic & if you book a wax with me expect for it to be perfectly neat & tidy.
