Did you know that Dr. Howard specialises in temple filler treatments? It’s a delicate and highly skilled procedure. Dr. Howard will be available this Thursday, March 27th, to perform this and several other procedures.

**What Does Temple Filler Do?**
Temple filler involves the careful injection of a small amount of filler into the temples, which can instantly lift and widen the eyes. Using hyaluronic acid filler, it acts as a cushion to support areas that have lost volume or elasticity. By restoring this cushion, the temporal region is recontoured, giving it a more youthful appearance.

Not only does restoring volume in the temples help with facial structure, but it can also soften the appearance of fine lines in the mid to lower face. Strengthening this part of the face can minimise the look of the cheeks and nose-to-mouth lines.

I’m back to work after a truly wonderful Christmas break! For the first time in years, I allowed myself to slow down, switch off, and fully enjoy the holidays—it was so refreshing.

One of my main goals this year is to be more organised (I know I can get a little scattered at times!). Another goal is to give the clinic a refresh, both in terms of decor and equipment. My new PRP machine arrived just before Christmas, and I’m thrilled about it! I’m also eagerly awaiting the arrival of my Morpheus 8 machine, which will feel like Christmas all over again.
