The class last night had the pleasure of meeting the lovely Amber from Upminster yummy mummies. As a Midwife it’s very reassuring to know of all the local support groups around for mothers to prepare them for birth and support their needs postnatally. ❤️ thank you for coming and glad your enjoyed the class

A discussion we had last night in class was about optimum fetal positions and ways in which to encourage this. These positions and active labour methods will also help to assist with cervical dilatation
