🌸 The summer holidays have begun… 🌸

With the school holidays now here, we’d just like to remind everyone of our salon policy regarding children.

We completely understand that childcare isn’t always possible, which is why we don’t have a complete ban on children attending appointments. However, where possible, we kindly ask that you arrange childcare so you can relax and enjoy your treatment, while allowing other clients to do the same.

If you do need to bring your child with you, we ask that they are of an age where they can sit quietly and independently throughout your appointment. Please ensure they come with something to keep them occupied, such as an iPad, colouring books (no felt-tip pens, please), or other quiet activities.

Please also note:

* Food is not permitted on our velvet seating
* Children must remain seated and under your supervision at all times
* Our salon is a working environment where sharp tools, hot wax, heated equipment and chemicals are in constant use. For this reason, we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 5 or children who are unable to remain seated safely for the duration of your appointment.

The safety of your child, our staff and our clients is our priority. We cannot accept responsibility for accidents or injuries resulting from children moving around the salon, and we reserve the right to stop or reschedule treatments if we feel safety is being compromised.

Classic French has my heart 🫶🏼

We are having issues with our phone line ever since we switched to digital voice. Some people can get through and some people can’t, apparently it’s dependent on your provider. If it’s ringing and we are not picking up, we are not ignoring you, we are not receiving the call through the handset. Apparently it’s a porting issue and BT are working on it.
