Well if like me you’ve eaten and drank way to much, you will be feeling it now # # #. My skin shows my diet.

That’s why I’ve carried on my daily cleansing routine but now I’ve got to umph it up a bit and started using my masks to hydrate and lift my dull dehydrated skin.

I’m offering at my Salon in Hoylake a Mini Facal for £10 or a full hour facial using all Tropic products for £20.

I’ve also taken the plunge to join the chilly dippers to shock my body into shape and rejuvenate my mind. After seeing my friends post on taking early cold plunges in the sea I am very excited to join in.
