Ever wondered what that torturous looking ball that sits on my desk?
It's a brass Shakti acupressure ball! It looks dangerous but actually rolling the spikes onto tight areas helps the muscles to relax and increases circulation.
I use it to warm up my hands before massages and to help alleviate achey hands and arms after a day full of treatments.

This is me.
No full face of makeup.
No glamorous outfits - usually barefooted.
No perfectly styled hair (because I genuinely can't do hair, so I don't even try!).
When you come for a treatment, this is who you'll find.
A client recently told me that one of the reasons she enjoys coming to me is because there's no pressure. I'm just me, and it makes her feel like she can come exactly as she is too.
I loved hearing that because it's exactly the atmosphere I want to create.
My cabin is a space to switch off, relax and unwind. Not somewhere you need to feel 'put together' before you arrive.
Whether you've come straight from work, the school run, a dog walk, or you're in your comfiest clothes with your hair scraped back, you'll always be welcome.
