Important Policy Update

​Due to an incredibly high number of last minute cancellations recently, we are moving to strictly enforce our existing Cancellation & No Show Policy, effective immediately.

​While we completely understand that life happens and things pop up, late cancellations make it very difficult for us to fill that spot with another client who may be waiting for an appointment.

​The Policy:

​✅ We require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

​🚫 Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice, as well as no shows, will be charged a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.

​📌 We also reserve the right to require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings following a late cancellation.
