✨Increased Circulation- Through massage, the blood circulates quicker through the body, increasing the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to all cells.

✨Draining Lymphatic Waste- By increasing the circulation around the body, this also aids the drainage of waste products like carbon dioxide and metabolic waste.

✨Increased ROM- Massage increases 'Range Of Movement' in a joint by stretching the muscle fibres around it and using different techniques to passively move the joint.

✨ Decreased Pain or 'DOMS' - 'Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness' are tiny tears in the muscle fibres due to excessive loading/ exercise.
DOMS and general muscle pain can be decreased through massage. It increases the elasticity of muscle fibres, helping with the realignment of scar tissue.

Some key information:

✨Where: I will be taking most of my appointments from my house in Huntly. I may be able to travel to you, however an extra cost will be added.

✨Cost: The initial appointment including a full subjective and objective assessment of 60mins will be £45. Every appointment from then on will be 45mins at £40.
