I set myself a goal on New Year’s Day, to give myself time to take in the seasons…snow drops, daffodils, blossom, birdsong, hailstone, even rain….

I’m by no means a gym bunny 🏋️ but it’s been almost 2 years since I stepped into and started spin classes 🚲
The consistency of getting to a couple of classes a week has had a huge impact on my mental wellbeing.
Half an hour getting in lost in the best 90’s tunes pedalling away at my own pace, surrounded by a bunch of great people really does clear my head and set me up me for the day!
