Always Solar oil your nails on a day basis. DO NOT pick off your nail extensions,you will damage your nail plate.

Always wear rubber gloves when washing up or doing household chores.Cleaning fluids will dry out your nails. DO NOT use your nails (natural or tips) to remove or lift ring pulls. Always use NON ACETONE varnish remover.
